Microsoft Word

One or more half/full days | Online or in person

Microsoft Word is the standard for word processing around the world, and is often used for far more, dipping its toe in the waters of note taking, desktop publishing and more complex layout tools. Many take Word for granted, and yet IT novices and experts alike often don't use it to its full potential.

These courses are aimed at anyone that wants to get the most out of Word. It assumes a basic awareness of using Windows (or macOS), but covers everything from the basics through to more advanced features of Word for the preparation of professional documents. The first half day covers the basics that anyone needs to make use of Word in their daily life (at work or home), while the more advanced courses delve into harnessing the more powerful features.
